Film Studies Vertigo workshop trip

At the end of November Year 12 Film students and teachers braved the cold weather and took the train from Sevenoaks to London, where they met up with hundreds of other Film Studies students and attended a workshop on Alfred Hitchcock’s film Vertigo at the British Film Institute, on London’s South Bank.

The discussions were interesting and informative, and it was interesting to hear new angles and ideas from the professor leading the workshop, and some of the other students attending.

Seeing Vertigo on the big screen was a treat, and students left the day with a reinvigorated interest in Vertigo and Hitchcock as a director.
